Privacy policy
Last updated 27 October 2026
EightyTwentyLabs takes the confidentiality of your deals seriously. This policy explains what we collect through this website, why, and what we do with it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
When you request a deal review, we collect what you type into the form:
- your name, work email and company
- the deal size range, if you choose one
- what you tell us about the deal
We also collect anonymous visit statistics (pages viewed, country, device type) through Vercel Web Analytics. It does not use cookies and does not identify you.
Why we collect it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and to prepare and run the deal review you asked for. We do not add you to mailing lists, and we never sell or rent your information.
Who handles it
Form enquiries are delivered to us by Formspree, and this website is hosted by Vercel. Both are based in the United States, so your enquiry may be stored there. We share your information with no one else unless you agree or the law requires it.
Confidentiality of deal information
Anything you share about a deal, a customer or a competitor is treated as confidential. It is used only for your engagement and is never named or shown to anyone outside it without your written permission.
Keeping and deleting it
We keep enquiry details only as long as we need them for the conversation or engagement they relate to. Ask us at any time and we will delete them.
Seeing or correcting your information
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Send a short note through the contact form or message us on LinkedIn and we will reply within 30 days.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, tell us first and we will work to fix it. If it is still not resolved, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Changes
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
